There will be no intermission, but participants will be advised to visit the washroom during the safety briefing before climbing the clock tower.


Group Size


Minimum no. of participants to start: 5 pax

Maximum no. of participants/tour: 10 pax*
*The group will be split into two groups of 5 to climb the clock tower, as only 5 pax are allowed up at any one time.

  • The Tour content is suitable for participants aged 12 years old and above.
    Due to safety reasons, The Clock Tower Climb is only available to participants of ages 18 and above, and is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Please note that a section of The Clock Tower Climb will not be accessible in the event of rain.

Here’s your chance to climb its 54-metre tall Clock Tower for a glimpse of the internal workings of the tower’s 5 bells that have been sounding the popular Westminster chime since its construction in 1905.

Important Information for tour attendees


Kindly note that all individuals (guides and visitors) are subject to vaccination-differentiated safe management measures (VDS), where all visitors to the Centre must be fully vaccinated individuals, recovered individuals, medically ineligible individuals, or children aged 12 years and below. From 1 February 2022, there will no longer be a concession for unvaccinated individuals to perform PET to enter the building.

Measures will be taken to ensure the health and safety of all participants, adhering to safe management measures as indicated on the Updated SMMs at arts and culture stakeholders that is available on NAC’s website. These include but are not limited to:

    • Participants and staff to wear masks at all times.
    • Participants from different sub-groups should not intermingle, and should maintain at least 1-metre spacing from other sub-groups or tour groups.
    • TraceTogether check-in and observance of social distancing during the tour.

Please note that admission into public places requires TraceTogether (TT). Do download the TT app on your mobile and set it up beforehand, or bring along your TT token for check-in at the venue. No other check-in modes will be accepted. We regret that participants without TT at the entrances will be denied entry.
